How everyone can do their bit for the environment:
The environment is by far one of the issues most of us take for granted.
People forget that by begin green or environmentally aware is only the beginning.
We often overlook the need to influence and affect people around us to be aware and lead environmentally mindful lifestyle.
We are not asking everyone to become a vegetarian, go around hugging trees or protest against hunting endangered species.
Things you can do to protect the environment:
Don't leave your TV, computers, DVD/VCD players on standby; it uses more electricity than the little red LED light! (Stop leaving your Modems on 24-7!)
Recycle everything you can; newspapers, cans, glass bottles and jars, motor oil, scrap metal, etc.
Plug off your handphone charger when charging is completed.

Activites we have carried out in school: Students
Environmental Rep for each class is responsible for keeping the class clean and collecting paper and plastics for recycling. The rep also make recycling boxes for the class and bring the recycled paper and plastics to the recycling points in the school.
Recycling of newspapers used for language lessons. Environmental rep helps to collect the newspapers and bring them to the recycling point.
